Registration

The registration fee for ITA2009 is 400 EUR (regular participant) or 325 EUR (student participant).

Registration fee includes all conference materials (printed proceedings and CD-ROM/media etc), attendance at all sessions, refreshments, lunch (on Thursday) and evening events (get-together and dinner).

Notice that accommodation is not included in the registration. Each guest is expected to make hotel reservations and take care of the payment. Please contact our partners directly for accommodation options (they will be described soon).

Payment procedure

Details on how to pay the registration fee will be made later.

Cancellation policy

Ideally, each accepted paper should be registered and presented at the conference. Should there be cancellations the policy is that if the cancellation is done before 1 August 2009 the registration fee will be refunded deducted with an administrative fee of 100 EUR. Cancellations received after 1 August 2009 are not refunded. No-shows are not refunded.
